Meet The Orthodontist
Dr. Foy was born and raised in Fremont, Nebraska. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Creighton University and did his dental training at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, in 1974. He Joined the US Army and served at Tripler Hospital, Honolulu, for four years. After completing his active duty commitment, Dr. Fey moved to St. Louis, Missouri. In 1980, he received his Master of Science in Orthodontics from St. Louis University. He and his family then moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he still practices orthodontics.
In 1989, Dr. Foy became certified by the American Board of Orthodontics and is a lifetime member of the American Dental Association. He added the Invisalign® method of straightening teeth to his practice in April 2000 and is one of the top three percent Invisalign providers In the world.
Dr. Foy remained in the U.S. Army Reserves for sixteen years. He has lectured at bases in Colorado, Hawaii and throughout Europe. In 1994, he retired from the Army with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Dr. Foy attends numerous continuing education seminars yearly, including the Colorado Orthodontic Summer Meeting of which he is a past president. He also serves on the Council for Governmental Affairs for the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists. Recently he has volunteered for several overseas missions with the Christian Dental Society.
