Meet the Team
Alaina Lewis
Alaina Lewis has been an orthodontic assistant with Dr. Foy for 10 years. Alaina came to our practice with extensive experience in the dental assisting field and has continued to expand her knowledge and skills in the practice of orthodontics. Alaina has one son and she stays busy taking care of him and making her beautiful crafts for the home.
Deborah Phipps
Deborah Phipps is a Colorado native and moved to Colorado Springs five years ago. Deb has eleven years of experience as an orthodontic assistant. She is married and has three children, Johnathan who is 26 years old, Heather who is 22 years old, Destniee who is 15 years old, and she also has four grandchildren to help keep her busy. Deb enjoys all her animals: six horses, three dogs, three cats, and one parrot!
Jill Jenik
Jill Jenik has been with Dr. Foy's office for almost and year and a half and is a receptionist. She has a degree in biology and worked in research before taking some time to be at home and raise her family. Jill has been married for 20 years and has two boys, ages 14 and 15. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family dirt bike riding, hiking, camping, and playing tennis.
Leigh Sutton
Leigh Sutton is Dr. Foy's business administrator. She has been employed by Dr. Foy for the past eighteen years. During this period of time Leigh has had the opportunity to contribute her skills in many different aspects of managing an orthodontic practice. Leigh has a true appreciation of how important the correction of orthodontic problems can be in enhancing the quality of someone's life and self-esteem. She is married and has two adult children and one beautiful grandson. Both of her children have experienced orthodontic treatment, one through traditional orthodontics and the other through Invisalign. Leigh loves to hike, travel, and is very active in her church ministries.
Rachel Welsh
Rachel Welsh has been with Dr. Foy's office for almost four years and is a combination of office manager, receptionist, and orthodontic assistant all rolled into one. She is a real "jack of all trades"! Rachel and her husband make frequent trips to South Dakota to work on their house and property, where they plan to reside in the future. Her favorite hobbies include playing the piano, reading, and ballet dancing.
